Preliminary Results – Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility (STT) 2026
The OIC announces the preliminary results of the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility (STT) 2026, in collaboration with Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Türkiye. A total of 20 applications were received for this call, of which 9 met the eligibility requirements and were evaluated. Based on the available quota, 5 staff members have been selected. These results are preliminary, and the selected candidates will be officially nominated to the host institution after completing the confirmation process.
Selection Process
Applications were evaluated using the published selection criteria and a structured scoring system, including previous Erasmus+ participation, years of service, academic qualification, staff category, and language proficiency. Additional consideration was given to female applicants and applicants with disabilities, in line with the programme’s commitment to inclusion.
The process was conducted by a selection committee in line with Erasmus+ KA171 rules and requirements, ensuring fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
Next Steps and Important Instructions
- Confirmation, Appeals, and Withdrawal:
Selected candidates must confirm their participation by signing the Acceptance and Commitment Letter no later than 22 April 2026 at the OIC Office. Applicants who wish to submit an appeal or withdraw their application must also notify the Office of International Cooperation by the same deadline via international@simad.edu.so. Failure to confirm participation within the deadline may result in replacement by candidates from the reserve list. - Further Information:
