Assist. Prof. Altunal, affiliated with the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, and specialising in accounting, contributed to the academic programme through a series of lectures delivered to students of the Faculty of Accountancy. The sessions addressed core accounting topics with attention to both conceptual clarity and practical application, creating space for discussion on how accounting education connects with professional practice and evolving academic approaches.
The visit also included focused engagement with the Faculty of Accountancy and the Faculty of Management Sciences, where meetings with academic staff and faculty leadership allowed for exchange on teaching methods, course design, and areas of shared academic interest. These discussions remained discipline-oriented and centred on practical aspects of instruction and curriculum alignment.

The visit concluded with a meeting with the Deputy Rectors, during which academic cooperation and future engagement were discussed. In recognition of his contribution to teaching and academic exchange, Assist. Prof. Altunal was presented with an appreciation award.
