Results for Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility Program- 2025/2026

We are pleased to announce the Results for the Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility Program in collaboration with the Zagreb School of Business (PVZG), Croatia, for the 2025–2026 academic year. Following the call for applications, 3 students applied. Based on the current quota, two (2) students will be nominated.  The detailed list of applicants, including their scores and rankings, is available in the attached Excel file at the end of this post. All applicants are advised to review the file carefully.

Evaluation Process

Applicants were evaluated based on academic merit and English proficiency, with additional consideration for inclusivity and first-time applicants. The evaluation followed these weighted criteria:

  • Academic Performance (60%) – The CGPA was converted to a 100-point scale (CGPA × 25) and contributed 60% to the total score.
  •  English Proficiency (40%) – Assessed through TOEFL, IELTS, or SIMAD Linguaskill Exam, contributing 40% to the total score.

Additional points were awarded as follows:

  • Students with Disabilities: +5 points
  • Female Applicants: +5 points
  • First-Time Erasmus+ Applicants: +10 points

Applicants were ranked based on their final scores, and selections were made according to available slots.

Next Steps and Important Instructions
  • Nominated students will receive an email with detailed guidelines on how to access and complete their application on the Erasmus+ platform.

  • Please check your email inbox regularly, including the spam/junk folder, to ensure you do not miss important updates or deadlines.

  • Being nominated and having your nomination form sent to PVZG does not mean you have been officially accepted by the host institution.

  • An official Acceptance Letter will only be issued after your application is reviewed and approved by PVZG.

  • Stay in contact with the International Cooperation Office at SIMAD University for any support or clarification during the process.

  • Make sure to respond promptly to all communications and keep track of any submission deadlines.
