We are pleased to announce the Preliminary Evaluation Results for the Erasmus+ KA107 Student Mobility Program for the 2025/2026 academic year at Kütahya Dumlupınar University (DPU).
Following the call for applications, 11 students applied. Based on the current quota, one (1) student will be nominated, with the possibility of additional slots if more quotas become available. The detailed list of applicants, including their scores and rankings, is available in the attached Excel file at the end of this post. All applicants are advised to review the file carefully.

Evaluation Process

Applicants were evaluated based on academic merit and English proficiency, with additional consideration for inclusivity and first-time applicants. The evaluation followed these weighted criteria:

• Academic Performance (60%) – The CGPA was converted to a 100-point scale (CGPA × 25) and contributed 60% to the total score.
•  English Proficiency (40%) – Assessed through TOEFL, IELTS, or SIMAD Linguaskill Exam, contributing 40% to the total score.

Additional points were awarded as follows:

• Students with Disabilities: +5 points
• Female Applicants: +5 points
• First-Time Erasmus+ Applicants: +10 points

Applicants were ranked based on their final scores, and selections were made according to available slots.

Next Steps and Important Instructions

• Appeals and Withdrawal Requests: If you wish to appeal the results or withdraw your application, please notify the International Cooperation Office by 21 March 2025 via email at international@simad.edu.so.
• Interview: Selected students will be interviewed on 22 March 2025. Details will be communicated via email.
• Program Details: Further information regarding travel arrangements and participation requirements will be shared after the final selection.
