How to Apply?

Participating in an exchange program requires careful planning and following these steps:

  1. Information Sessions: Attend sessions offered by the Office of International Cooperation to learn more about available opportunities and the application process.
  2. Program Selection: Choose a program that aligns with your academic and professional goals. Consult with academic advisors to ensure the best fit.
  3. Application Submission: Complete the application process by submitting the necessary documentation within the specified deadlines to the Office of International Cooperation.

Outgoing Staff Mobility

The Staff Mobility Program offers both academic and administrative staff the opportunity to engage in international mobility. This program serves as a pivotal platform for enhancing professional skills through exposure to diverse educational systems, innovative teaching methodologies, and new cultural perspectives. The Office is committed to promoting this enriching opportunity and provides robust support to our university staff members participating in Erasmus+ mobility programs.

How to Apply for ERASMUS+

To take part in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Program, interested staff members should follow these steps:

  1. Read Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with the specific requirements and conditions outlined in the Erasmus+ mobility guidelines.
  2. Check Opportunities: Review the list of available Erasmus+ opportunities for the academic year 2023-2024. Ensure that there is a relevant match for your academic or administrative role at Available Erasmus+ Opportunities.
  3. Mobility Forms:
    Academic Staff:Complete the Mobility Form for Academic Staff and obtain approval from your department head.
    Administrative Staff: Complete the Mobility Form for Administrative Staff with the validation of your management.
  4. Submit Application:
    Fill out the online mobility form.
    Upload the necessary documents in English:
    ✅Acceptance letter or email confirmation from the host university.
    ✅Curriculum Vitae (CV).
    ✅Detailed mobility proposal.
    ✅Signed application form.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by September 2024 for the academic year 2023-2024.
Reporting: All participants are required to submit a final report detailing their experiences and outcomes upon completing their mobility.
