Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program is integral to the experience of incoming exchange students and staff, seamlessly connecting them with experienced mentors from our academic community upon their arrival. This is designed to support their transition and ensure a successful integration into both the academic and social settings of the university. Mentors, who are seasoned members of the SIMAD community, provide ongoing guidance, helping incoming students and staff navigate through university systems, access necessary resources, and acclimate to local cultural practices.

The program fosters a nurturing environment where incoming students and staff can discuss academic challenges, explore professional development opportunities, and gain cultural insights. This not only enhances their experience but also promotes personal growth and builds a supportive network.
