Call for Applications: Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Program 2025
Office of International Cooperation at SIMAD University is pleased to announce the Call for Applications for the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility Program (2022 Project Year) in collaboration with Kütahya Dumlupınar University (DPU), Türkiye.
This program is part of Erasmus+ efforts to foster capacity building, cross-cultural collaboration, and the sharing of best practices among partner institutions. Participants will engage in tailored training sessions, hands-on experiences, and professional exchanges, empowering them to contribute more effectively to the development of SIMAD University and their professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open to all academic and administrative staff members at SIMAD University who:
- Hold permanent employment status.
- Have demonstrated proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Possess sufficient professional experience relevant to university operations.
- Are committed to applying the knowledge and skills gained through the program to contribute to the development of SIMAD University.
Priority Consideration
In line with Erasmus+ inclusivity and diversity principles, priority will be given to:
- Staff members with disabilities.
- Female staff members, to promote gender equity.

Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Relevance of the training program to the applicant’s current role and professional development.
- Potential contribution to SIMAD University’s strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated commitment to institutional capacity building through participation.
Financial Support
Participants will receive partial funding through Erasmus+ grants to cover travel and program-related expenses. Additional support will be provided by DPU for essential costs. Participants will be responsible for managing their personal expenses during the mobility period.
Sustainability Commitment
In line with Erasmus+ sustainability priorities, selected staff are encouraged to choose environmentally friendly travel options and adopt sustainable practices throughout their participation in the program.
