Call for Applications: Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Program 2025
SIMAD University is excited to announce an application for its administrative and academic staff through the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Program in collaboration with Kütahya Dumlupınar University (DPU), Turkey.
This program is part of Erasmus+ efforts to foster capacity building, cross-cultural collaboration, and the sharing of best practices among partner institutions. Participants will engage in tailored training sessions, hands-on experiences, and professional exchanges, empowering them to contribute more effectively to the development of SIMAD University and their professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open to all administrative and academic staff members at SIMAD University who:
- Hold permanent employment status.
- Have demonstrated proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Have sufficient service experience to demonstrate familiarity with university operations.
- Are committed to applying the knowledge gained during the program to their roles at SIMAD University.
Priority will be given to:
- Applicants with disabilities.
- Female staff members to promote gender equity.

Quotas
There are 8 positions available for this year’s mobility program. Applications are open to all departments, and efforts will be made to ensure fair representation across university units.
Selection Process
Applications will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Alignment of the program with the applicant’s professional development goals.
- Contribution to the strategic objectives of SIMAD University.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance institutional capacity through participation.
Financial Support
Participants will receive partial funding through Erasmus+ grants to cover travel and program-related expenses. Additional support will be provided by DPU for essential costs. Participants will be responsible for managing their personal expenses during the mobility period.
Sustainability and Green Travel
We encourage participants to choose environmentally friendly travel options in line with Erasmus+ sustainability goals. This includes minimizing carbon footprints and adopting sustainable practices throughout the program.
