Call for Applications: Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility (STT) 2026
Following the previously published announcement, we invite eligible staff members to apply for the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Training Mobility (STT). This mobility supports staff development, knowledge exchange, and institutional collaboration within the Erasmus+ framework.
The mobility will take place at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Türkiye, from 01–05 June 2026, under a staff training week focusing on EU-funded projects in higher education. The mobility is funded under Erasmus+ KA171 and includes travel and individual support in accordance with Erasmus+ guidelines.
Application Period
Applications are open from 05 April to 19 April 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Evaluation of applications: 20-21 April 2026
- Announcement of results: 22 April 2026
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold permanent employment status at SIMAD University
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, Linguaskill or another recognized international test)
- Have sufficient service experience to demonstrate familiarity with university operations
- Be committed to applying the knowledge gained during the programme to their roles at SIMAD University
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Valid passport
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Motivation letter
- English language proficiency certificate (minimum B2 level)
- Employment Letter (Issued by HR office)
Selection Criteria
The selection process will be competitive and conducted in accordance with Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility rules, standards, and selection criteria. Applications will be evaluated by a committee, based on predefined criteria and in line with Erasmus+ KA171 requirements.
The evaluation process will ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all applicants. Results will be communicated officially to all applicants.

Important Notes
- Only complete applications submitted within the deadline will be considered
- Incomplete applications or submissions not meeting the eligibility requirements will not be considered
- Selected staff members are expected to fully participate in the mobility and contribute to knowledge sharing upon completion
- Selected candidates will be officially nominated to the host university
SIMAD University reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the process in line with Erasmus+ regulations.
